Roasted Carrot and Cumin Pie (VG, GF)

The Pastry

lemon juice and VG milk 6tbs

oil 6 tbs

200g GF flour

thyme 2 tbs

baking powder 1/2ts

salt 1/3ts

Filling

Roast carrots, 300g

Celery 100g

Spinach 200g

tofu 200g

Cumin 3ts

blend filling, bake pastry. Then add filling and bake again. tastes awesome.
