With a few twists
I love colour, this is one of my best dips for parties or just lounging around eating humous. warning you may now have to find friends willing to help you make it.
My lovely friend intorduced the peeling of of cooked chickpeas and I can only say i now hate her because I am going tohave to do it every time. GET HELP.! it takes hours of wine and chatting, totally worth it though!
- Cooked fresh chickpeas PEELED 500g
- tahini 6 tbs
- garlic 4
- lemon/lime/orange juice (any not all) 3tbs
- beetroot 1 cooked
- sesame seed oil lots
- salt and pepper
