Well you can make a cookie base for this one and then it turns into Millionaires Shortbread. But I rarely can be bothered with that.
Make a nutcrunch base or gulten free biscuit base. Sometimes you just whizz up the nuts you have around and seeds, along with some melted vegan butter to make them stick together. Press it into to the base of pan or seperate containers. But beware this is hella rich, so go small.
The salted goo is made with sugar of choice melted with water and lemon juice, then add the oil and plant milk when heating over a pan till all is goooey.
The Chocolate topping, is 100% vegan coco and vegan butter melted together with salt then layered on top and put in the fridge for 24 hours.
