Aduki beans 300gram
Fresh chestnuts baked and peeled 150grams
Green peppers 2 big pieces
Carrots 2 big pieces
Celery 2 sticks finely chopped
Fresh tomatoes 400grams
Parsley rosemary and thyme
Cup of red wine
Fry the veggies add the tomatoes, wine and chestnuts last. Reduce for two hours at least topping up the wine and water to get a lovely gravy. I served with hassle backs and green beans.
