Strawberry and Almond Biscuits

These little babies are just one of the lovely treats I have for this weekends retreat. They are healthy, gluten free, and vegan, and seriously tasty.

Toasted Buckwheat Flakes 100g

Almonds crushed 200g

Sugar 100g

Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons

Oil 2-4 tablespoons

Strawberries 100g plus some for the top

make a mixture this is sticky and then put lumps on the baking tray and bake at 180c for 10 mins. Then eat. Or hide them from yourself so you still have some for the retreat.
