I know what you are thinking, why bother! but seriously guys this was one of the best things I have eaten in months. I had it on a retreat in Portugal. So good.
It is so simple and awesome. Just make it! NOW!
Quarter a white cabbage, cover in olive oil, mix up some lemon juice, paprika, tahini, and crushed nuts (optional) in to a running paste with salt and pepper. Cover the quarters and bake for a hour slow and low.
