I didn’t think this was going to work quite as well as it does, but sometimes just trying things pays off.
3 spoons of tahini or peanut butter
5 spoons orange juice fresh.
one finger of ginger
clove of garlic
toasted sesame seeds
a glug of oil of choice
chickpeas 300 grams cooked
whizz and season to taste. top with slice of orange and surprize your senses.
It goes great with green harrisa roasted veg and halloumi in a wrap, or over grains or a salad with beetroot and cashews.
