Mandolin two cucumbers in to long thin slices, and add four spring onions finely chopped. Asian pear in thin spears, Sesame seeds toasted for the top.
Tahini 1 tps, apple juice 3tsp, bunch of mint leaves, chilli to taste, and miso paste 0.5 tsp. Whizz it up and leave on the salad for 30mins before serving
