Well this is one that unfortunately just does not look anywhere near as great as it tastes. It comes out a strange gray. I can promise you tastes out this world!
- flame cook the 2 aubergines directly on the hob, and turn until soft and charcoaled on all sides
- carrots 2
- onions 2
- celery 2
- butternut squash half roasted
- white wine as much as you can spare.
- mixed herbs
- vegan yogurt
- lemon juice
- pearl barley 300g
It just needs colour so add some green parlsey or even add peas to give it a lift a the end.
