I just needed to fill time while waiting for a play date with a overly excited son, so I suggested we make a cake, thinking “i quite fancy some cake!” but no the child was having none of it so here is the quick and fabulous invention that came about instead…
100g plain gluten free flour
20-50g buckwheat oats
3-5 tbs maple syrup
3-5 tbs veg or coconut oil
1tbs blackberry and apple jam
1ts Vanilla extract
mix in box then put in oven. if you are feeling fancy you can add a finger hole to the middle and add jam before you bake for 5-10 mins. You can use any jams, shapes
