Lemony Spring Greens with Flaked Almonds, and Slow Roasted Tomatoes
Toast almonds in a dry frying pan in the oven check often, and half tomatoes, garlic place in oven proof dish, in on low heat 175 degrees for about 30 mins. If you want some heat chop a chilli and add to the greens during the streaming.
Chop greens and add tomatoes, squeeze lemon over all of it, add a healthy glug of toasted sesame oil, add salt and pepper then cover. Simmer for a couple minutes. Use a nuts and seeds mix, and put everything on top of greens and serve.
