Glam Grains, Nuts and Seeds Desert

Something wonderful has happened, I have found a quick and impressive desert for dinner parties, and retreats. And best of all it is vegan, and gluten free if you use the right oats. Give a try….

  1. Buckwheat flakes cooked/or leftover from porrage
  2. 6 Tablespoons chia seeds.
  3. 2 cups unsweetened coconut, almond or cashew milk.
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  5. 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  6. Chopped pecans
  7. Vegan Chocolate, for topping.
