Retreat Dates

  • 15 – 17 Jan 2027

Picture this. The soft morning light filtering through your window. The distant cry of seabirds. The gentle rhythm of waves lapping against the shore. And absolutely nothing on your to-do list except being present, nourished, and held.

This is Breathe, Feast, Flow, your invitation to pause, exhale, and remember what it feels like to truly rest.

Nestled in the charming coastal hamlet of Keyhaven, where the ancient New Forest meets the shimmering Solent, this three-day luxury retreat is designed for those ready to step away from the noise and into something softer. Something slower. Something that feeds your soul as much as your body.

Where the Forest Meets the Sea

There’s something almost magical about Keyhaven. It’s one of those rare places where the world seems to hold its breath. Salt air mingles with the earthy scent of the nearby forest. Marshlands stretch toward the horizon, alive with wading birds and wild beauty. The shingle spit reaches out toward Hurst Castle, inviting long, contemplative walks where your only companions are the wind and your own thoughts.

This is the backdrop for your escape. A place where nature does much of the healing work for you, if you let it.

Our retreat home sits in the heart of this tranquil setting, with sweeping coastal views that will greet you each morning and wrap around you as you wind down each evening. It’s the kind of place that makes you wonder why you don’t do this more often.

Your Days, Thoughtfully Curated

We’ve designed each day to flow naturally between movement and stillness, connection and solitude, nourishment and rest. There’s no rushing here. No squeezing in one more thing. Just a gentle rhythm that lets you settle deeper into yourself.

Morning Flow

Wake slowly. Perhaps with a cup of something warm by the window, watching the light change over the water. Then join us for an invigorating Vinyasa yoga session, moving with breath, warming the body, shaking off whatever you’ve been carrying. Our yoga spaces are warm and welcoming, often with those gorgeous coastal views as your backdrop.

Midday Adventures

After a wholesome brunch, the day opens up for exploration. Join a guided coastal walk along the shingle spit toward Hurst Castle, letting the sea air fill your lungs and the rhythmic crunch of pebbles beneath your feet quiet your mind. For the more adventurous, there’s the option of kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding across the tranquil Keyhaven lagoon, a perspective of this beautiful place you simply can’t get from land.

And for the brave? A guided cold-water swim. Nothing quite wakes up every cell in your body like the embrace of the sea. Don’t worry, it’s optional, and we’ll be right there with you.

Afternoon Restoration

This is your time. Curl up by the fire with a book. Journal in a quiet corner. Book one of our in-house spa treatments, perhaps a massage to unknot those shoulders, or a facial to bring back your glow. Or simply do nothing at all. Rest, after all, is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.

Evening Unwind

As the day softens into dusk, we gather for restorative Yin yoga and meditation, gently releasing any lingering tension. Then there’s Yoga Nidra, that delicious state between waking and sleeping where deep restoration happens almost effortlessly.

And did we mention the hot tub? There’s something rather special about soaking under the stars, letting the warmth seep into your bones while the night sky stretches endlessly above you.

Feast: Food That Nourishes Body and Soul

Let’s talk about the food. Because this isn’t your average retreat fare.

Our Leiths School of Food and Wine-trained chef creates every meal with intention, using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, sometimes even foraged from the surrounding landscape. Each dish is designed to nourish deeply without leaving you feeling heavy. Think vibrant, wholesome, beautifully presented plates that taste as good as they look.

Gather around the table with your fellow retreaters. Share stories. Laugh. Savour every bite. Meals here are not just about fuel, they’re about connection, pleasure, and the simple joy of eating really, really good food.

If you’re curious about the kind of recipes that inspire our retreat menus, you might enjoy exploring some of our nourishing vegan recipes or this gorgeous cucumber pepper salad that captures exactly the fresh, vibrant energy we bring to every plate.

Something Special: Aerial Yoga Workshop

One of the highlights of your retreat will be an aerial yoga workshop. If you’ve never tried it, prepare to be surprised by how playful, freeing, and accessible it actually is. Suspended in soft fabric hammocks, you’ll explore gentle inversions, deep stretches, and moments of weightlessness that feel like floating.

It’s suitable for all levels, yes, even complete beginners: and there’s something wonderfully childlike about it. You might just find yourself giggling.

We cannot wait to welcome you to Keyhaven. To watch you soften. To feed you well. To remind you that rest is not earned: it’s essential.

Escape to the stunning Hampshire coast this Spring for a retreat designed to completely restore your body and soul.

Nestled in the charming hamlet of Keyhaven, with its sweeping views and salty air, we invite you to a weekend of pure indulgence, mindful movement, and coastal adventure. Leave the stresses of daily life behind and find your centre by the sea.

Where the New Forest Meets the Sea

Keyhaven is a small coastal hamlet on the Hampshire coast, surrounded by salt marshes, winding waterways and wide, open skies. Nearby, the ancient New Forest offers another kind of wild beauty : mossy paths, bare winter branches, earthy scents and the hush of woodland beyond the coast.

The Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve is home to an abundance of birdlife, including waders, wildfowl and wintering Brent geese. You may notice them as you walk, paddle or simply sit by the water: a sudden flutter across the marsh, a distant call, the quiet movement of life continuing all around you.

There is space here.

Space to think. Space not to think. Space to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you beneath the noise of everyday life.

Perhaps you’ll wander along the sea wall or towards Hurst Spit, feeling the pebbles shift beneath your boots. Perhaps you’ll wrap yourself in a blanket and watch the changing tide from the warmth of the house. Perhaps you’ll do both : and discover that rest and adventure can sit beautifully side by side.

A Weekend Thoughtfully Curated Around You

Your retreat has been created as a gentle balance of movement and rest, connection and solitude, nourishment and play.

There will be plenty to enjoy, but no pressure to do everything. You are welcome to join each experience, choose what feels right for you, or simply take a quiet afternoon for yourself. This is not a boot camp. It is a sanctuary.

Your winter weekend may include:

  • Vinyasa flow yoga to warm the body, awaken your energy and help you move with your breath.
  • Yin yoga for deep stretching, release and stillness.
  • Guided meditations to settle the mind and create a little more inner space.
  • Sound baths where soothing vibrations wash through the room and encourage deep relaxation.
  • Aerial yoga, exploring gentle movement, supported stretching and the playful feeling of being held by the hammock.
  • Guided sea dips, for those who feel called to meet the winter water : always optional, always at your own pace.
  • Kayaking through the peaceful waterways around Keyhaven, weather and conditions permitting.
  • Coastal walks and foraging, noticing the plants, textures and flavours of this extraordinary landscape.
  • Edible art, a creative workshop where food becomes colour, texture and joyful expression.
  • Plenty of time to rest, read, journal, chat, nap or simply stare out at the view.

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi. You don’t need to be naturally adventurous. You don’t need to arrive knowing anyone.

You only need to arrive as you are.

Movement for Energy, Release and Joy

Mornings might begin with the warmth of a flowing yoga practice, your body gradually waking as light gathers across the coast. Through Vinyasa, you’ll be invited to connect breath and movement, build heat and let go of the stiffness that can gather during the colder months.

Later, perhaps, you’ll enter the aerial hammock.

Aerial yoga can feel wonderfully freeing : a little playful, a little surprising and deeply supportive. You’ll explore stretches, gentle inversions and moments of weightlessness, allowing the fabric to hold you while you release through the spine, hips and shoulders.

It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. There is no need to perform or prove anything. You may find yourself laughing. You may find yourself floating. Both are very welcome.

As evening falls, the pace will soften. Yin yoga, meditation and sound baths will invite you inward, helping you release the day and settle into a slower, quieter rhythm.

The kind of rhythm that lets you sleep deeply.

Meet the Sea : and Yourself

Winter has a particular honesty. The landscape is pared back, the air is clear and the water has a brightness that seems to wake up every cell in your body.

If you’re feeling brave, you’ll have the opportunity to take a guided sea dip. It will be quick, supported and entirely optional. You can dip a toe, paddle to your ankles or simply come along to cheer everyone on from the shore with a warm drink waiting afterwards.

There is no prize for staying in the longest.

The gift is in the moment itself: the breath before you enter, the rush of cold, the bright return to warmth and the realisation that you are more capable than you thought.

On another day, you might take to the kayaks and glide across the tranquil waterways of Keyhaven. Wrapped up against the elements, you’ll follow the gentle pull of the paddle, watching the marshes and skies shift around you. The experience is active, but not hurried : a moving meditation on water.

Foraging, Edible Art and the Joy of Making

There is something deeply grounding about gathering your attention around simple, sensory things.

During the retreat, you’ll have the chance to explore local foraging and discover more about the edible plants and natural details found around the coast. This will be approached thoughtfully and safely, with guidance on what is suitable to gather and enjoy.

You’ll also be invited to create edible art : a chance to play with colour, shape, texture and flavour. Think beautiful ingredients, curious combinations and food that is almost too lovely to eat (although you absolutely should).

You don’t need to consider yourself creative. There is no right way to make edible art. Let your hands get involved. Follow your instincts. Enjoy making something simply because it is pleasurable.

This is a weekend to remember that wellbeing does not always look like sitting quietly with your eyes closed. Sometimes it looks like laughter around a table, flour on your hands, sea salt on your skin and a plate of something beautiful in front of you.

Fabulous Plant-Based Food, Made with Care

Food is a central part of every Nova Milesko retreat.

You’ll be treated to generous, vibrant and nourishing plant-based meals, created by a chef trained at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine. Seasonal ingredients will be transformed into food that is colourful, thoughtful and genuinely delicious.

Expect food that comforts you through the winter while still leaving you feeling bright and well nourished. Perhaps a warming bowl after a coastal walk, a beautifully presented brunch, something fresh and colourful after yoga, or a relaxed evening meal shared with new friends.

There will be time to savour it all.

If you’d like a taste of the flavours that inspire our retreats, explore these nourishing vegan recipes from a recent escape or try this fresh cucumber, pepper and fennel salad.

Cosy Evenings Under Winter Skies

After a day beside the sea, you’ll return to the warmth and comfort of your coastal accommodation.

There may be a book waiting by the fire. A cup of tea warming your hands. Soft conversations in the kitchen. The quiet pleasure of putting on thick socks and knowing there is nowhere else you need to be.

Then, when the sky darkens and the stars begin to appear, you can sink into the hot tub under the night sky. Feel the warmth gather around your shoulders while the cold air touches your face. Listen to the hush of the evening. Look up.

These are often the moments that stay with you.

Not because they were grand or complicated, but because you were fully there for them.
