Transform Your Year: 4-Part Yoga Series in Milford on Sea

This 4-part series is designed to move students through the process of letting go of the previous year and building strong, clear intentions for the year ahead. Each 3-hour session will follow the same structure: Flow Yoga (dynamic movement), Yin Yoga (deep stretching/release), Sound Bath, followed by Snacks & Tea.

2January 19thRooted & GroundedFocus: Building stability, connecting to inner strength. Flow: Strong, foundational standing sequences and balances, connecting to the Earth Element (Muladhara Chakra). Yin: Long, passive holds in the hips and hamstrings to build patience and security.
3January 26thHeart Opening & RadianceFocus: Cultivating compassion, inviting new growth and joy. Flow: Gentle backbends, shoulder openers, and expansive sequences to encourage emotional release and build confidence. Yin: Targeting the chest, shoulders, and upper back for emotional opening.
4February 2ndVision & IntegrationFocus: Synthesizing intentions and finding clarity. Flow: A smooth, full-spectrum, fluid sequence to integrate all previous work. Yin: Restorative holds and supported poses to fully relax and integrate the body’s subtle energy. Extended, final Sound Bath for deep meditative clarity.
