The workshops are a great way to get a day or just a morning off and get back to nature. With them starting at 10am or 11am, it is totally possible to nip down to for a day retreat in the forest.
So why not grab a friend and make a day of it by stopping off for lunch and a walk by the sea or in the forest after.
These workshops focus on opening the body and mind to create a more integrated life off the mat.
Come prepared for deeply transformative sweet yin, guided meditations, discussion and journaling. We will finish with a lovely vegan (picnic) brunch and a catch up.
