Intention is defined as setting an expectation for yourself, an expectation of your OWN GROWTH AND EVOLUTION. Our aim and highest intention is that by going away on this yoga retreat we can help you reconnect to your commitment to grow by making time to focus on your Best Intentions.
We will make space to breathe, and expand our connection ourselves. Using themed yoga sessions and guided meditations plus a variety of techniques along with journaling, and other Kriyas to clear a space for change.
Let’s take this retreat to focus on what is most important to us, to our health, to our hearts, to our peace of mind.
We intend to create an environment in which you can truly drop off the grid and recharge in nature. and really engage with your surroundings and fellow yogis for a weekend of deep restoration (you will be asked to give up your digital toys- phones/laptops etc. But remember everything is always optional).

The Yoga Practice
It is the perfect balance of effort and surrender-nurture yourself with yoga and explore the calming effects of yin and meditation. The morning sessions start with gentle stretching and pranayama (breathing exercises) building gradually into a flow (Vinyasa) practice, suitable for most of ability.
The more gentle evening sessions of Yin with the focus on relaxation and release, promoting harmony, healthy immune functioning and improving overall vitality.
The retreat setting allows for plenty of individual guidance so that we’ll be able to work with your specific level and requirements.
The workshop is group dependant, if you want to play it can be acroyoga, if you want to rest then it might be a deep yoga nidra practice, or maybe an ayurvedic detox lecture. It is your retreat, you decide!
