Here are the full list of dates. Each will their own unqiue theme and topics are interwined within the whole weekend. This includes the food we eat to the way we practice and meditate without dogma. They run from Friday 4pm till after lunch around 1pm on the Sunday.

The Yoga Practice
Two yoga classes will be taught each day. These classes will be open to all levels. build and flexibility over the 3 days. Vinyasa Krama classes will prioritise the development of breath and incorporate elements of chanting, pranayama and meditation. While the yin sessions will offer a slow meditative yoga practice.
This weekend Includes; Beautiful food made from the farm, 100 acres of grounds to explore, plus you are in the heart of the forest with walks all around you, and deep tranquillity, 10 yoga and meditation sessions, and a private masseuse for when you just need a little more pampering (£45/25).
Make space to breathe, and expand our connection ourselves. Using themed yoga sessions and guided meditations plus a variety of techniques and other Kriyas to clear a space for change.
Let’s take this retreat to focus on what is most important to us, to our health, to our hearts, to our peace of mind.
Drop off the grid and recharge in nature. Really engage with your surroundings and fellow yogis for a weekend of deep restoration (you will be asked to give up your digital toys- phones/laptops etc. But remember everything is always optional).
About The Place
You be staying in luxury at the amazing eco farm-stay with a choice of lovely dorms, bunks, single, twin and double, king rooms all with shared bathroom.
New for this season a private studio annex with a double bed, bathroom and balcony with views across the solent, a couple miles away on the Pylewell Country Estate.
•Home-grown on the farm (when in season). All the homemade and wonderfully wholesome you could ask for, including vegan cakes/cookies for snack time. Plus beautiful breakfasts, lunches and dinners -including some truly decadent deserts (the only thing you are detoxing from is digital here).
