A bit about Nova

Technique and physical strength have never come naturally to me. I have had to figure things out the hard way, and I still find the joy in it. I came to teaching the same way- The long way round!   My passion is using yoga to flow, through the busy mind and out the other-side.

I have been teaching yoga for over 12 years all over the world.   It is my life’s purpose to create more beautiful FUN world, by whatever means necessary. Tickling and inspiring joy, one smile at a time.

As a teacher, I love to work with all body types to deepen body awareness, physically, emotionally, and energetically, celebrating successes big and small. When we dive into our bodies and climb out of the linear mind, we cultivate self-awareness that can open us up to creating a life that is better than we could have ever imagined. This is our life. Let’s live it!

I would love to see you at our next retreat this year. Love Life

xx

A bit about Carinan
Carinan got into aerial circus just before turning 30. After years of dreaming, finally doing aerial herself was an empowering and transformational experience. Since her training in Bristol in 2008, she has performed and taught at festivals and events across the UK and Europe. In 2011 she became one of the members of Airetiko. A company that aims to share their passion for aerial with others, and inspire them to get (back) in touch with their bodies and become self-empowered in a environment that is relaxed, positive and non-competitive.
Being from an arts background she is very inspired by the body in space, and her massage therapy skills give her an in-depth understanding of body mechanics. Her personal favourite equipment is the rope, but also teaches silk, trapeze and hoop.
