Classes

I hold regular classes in different parts of the country, due to my love of travel and the local yogis. If you are free and want to join me please do pop along.

London

In these classes we will discuss how to activate the parasympathetic and turn off the sympathetic systems; a critical component in our Western culture which is very yang-like: full of stress, burn-out and depletion. They will explore how to use yoga and our breath to turn off the stress and start to rest and recharge the body.
The postures will be simple and accessible to everyone, but this does not mean that the practice will be easy; there will be some challenging moments.
YIN.

Free flowing poses in a playful practice, includes music, drama (in your head), dance (around the possibilities), and some improv (only when you have no idea what everyone else is doing).

Don’t let the level 2 bit scare you away, it is a bit nuts in places but it is all in good fun and the only thing you really need is not a perfect practice or body, but a sense of humour and a willingness to make an arse of yourself (sometimes).
