There are a wide variety of yoga styles and if you are just starting out as a teacher it can seem very confusing. We are here to help you find your own style, not to dictate. So even if you know very little about the many yoga traditions we will help you find a way to practice and teach what is true to you.
Styles explored include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Hatha Raja, Kundalini, Pre-natal, Meditation, and Yin.
This program will provide you with an opportunity to deepen your personal yoga practice while developing a solid foundation of teaching skills and educational theory. Throughout the course there will be guest specialist teachers to give expert information and background to the subjects.

I love youuuuuu xxx” Natalie, Nov 2017
Love you. Thank you for everything you have done looking after us on a challenging journey over the past 10 months. It must be difficult and tiring to cajole the rabble in transform them into a proficient teachers with such varied styles, its amazing how far we had progressed as teachers, as people, in such a short time. Look after yourself and thanks again. ” James, Nov 2017
Thanks for a great weekend and guiding us along the journey 💛🙏🏾
I really appreciate all your heart felt effort, making us laugh, challenging us. Thanks so much for the detailed and personalised feedback on my class and meditation, it’s super helpful. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I feel quite empty now it’s over, but also looking forward to the next steps on the journey. I know it’s going to be hard but I can’t wait to start teaching, slowly at first of course!” Charli Nov 2017
