2 tablespoons of perslium husk to thicken
6 ripe bananas
1 Fresh Pineapple cut up
1 Can of Coconut Cream
1 Tea spoon spirulina
blend it all and pour into servings, you can add a bit of berries and mint to the top, and dribble some coconut milk mixed with agarve on top , pistashios nuts might also add a bit crunch if that was something you wanted.
